5 Week Mindset Challenge
Week 1 - your Personal Sanctuary
Find a quiet space where you won't be disturbed for 15 minutes.

You are going to set up your Personal Sanctuary. The video will guide you through from start to finish, and you will leave knowing how to go to your Personal Sanctuary any time you want.

You can use your Personal Sanctuary for:
- Meditation
- Resetting yourself
- Calming anxiety
- Emotional state control
- Self programming
- Changing beliefs, habits and behaviour
- Accelerated learning

Practice going to your Personal Sanctuary 10 times a day! The more you access it, the more you pave the neural pathway between your conscious and subconscious minds. We will use the Personal Sanctuary in the following 4 weeks of mindfulness and meditation.

Week 2 - it's all about attitude
You can't always control the situations you find yourself in in life, but you can control the attitude you take to those situations.

I hope you enjoy this 10 minute meditation. It will help you choose and pre-program the attitude you want to take to this week!

Week 3 - letting go of what doesn't serve you
This week's 10 minute meditation is all about letting go of the behaviours, beliefs, habits, self-talk and inner conflict that doesn't serve you anymore.

You can listen to this meditation as often as you would like to let go of the baggage that no longer serves you.

Week 4 - owning who you're becoming
This lovely little meditation will connect you to who you're becoming, and help you bring back the confidence, power and knowing required to push forward towards your goal.

You can revisit this meditation as many times as you'd like to set yourself up for future success, or after doing it once you can reactivate your power instantly by recalling the colour and sound from the meditation.
Bonus - Sleep Hypnosis Track

Week 5 - sustaining the new you
This gentle and powerful meditation will help you lock in the new decisions and choices you've made over the last month, as well as locking in the decisions from the future that will help you on the journey of who you're becoming.

This is the type of meditation I would do daily for an extended period of time.
Bonus - confidence hypnosis track
This can be used by anyone who wants to give their confidence a boost.

If you're lacking confidence this will give you the foothold you've been seeking. If you're already confident there's new levels to discover with the powerful programming inside this audio.
